A Farm Story

Susar J'El Rabdan (Jedi)

Jedi was born on Susar Farm  in 1993. He is by Masada El Rabdan x BDF Jamala Basara and he was purchased before birth by Jim Williams and was trained Quarter Hores style by Angie Williams.  Keith Kosel met Jedi at Angies and bought him.  Impressed with the personality, movement, and intelligence of Jedi, Keith visited Susar Farm to meet Jed's relatives and that began a rather extensive involvement with these Desert Arabian Horses.

Keith started out riding Jedi wesetern and had since added dressage, jumping, and trail to his repertoir.  Here Jed is shown comepting at the Cowtown Classic show in Ft. Worth.
Jedi has been shown in a large variety of classes and is consistently in the ribbons.  His sporty demeanor and clownish personality make him a farm favorite and he is an ideal "best friend" for Keith.
Keith and Jedi are shown here competing in Sporthorse Under Saddle at the Region 9 Championship show. While they did not win in a very large and competetetive class, they made a fine showing.
Jedi is sidepassing a 55 gallon drum. This is a difficult manuver that takes a sensible and well trained horse and rider team.
Jedi won his first Class A dressage blue ribbons at the Cowtown Classic show. He won the 1st level test two class with Keith showing him.
Here Keith and Jedi show in 1st level test 2.

Susar Farm is the home of beautiful and talented Asil Desert Arabians.
